At checkout KAXI offers a 3rd party return service, Redo, that offers free exchanges/returns within 30 days.
If you purchased ReDo at checkout, thank you! It helps us as a small business offer returns. To move forward with a return you can find the return portal here. It's quick, and easy!
If you opted out of Redo, you can still use the return portal here for a quick return, but will be responsible for the return label fee.
KAXI accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged product for full refund or exchange within 30 days. Any return initiated after 30 days will be declined by both the return portal, and our team.
